How do I claim?
Walk into a live place. At a listed shop, scan the Footrand stand at the till, then scratch. At a mall dump, be there and scratch. You only see the amount once you scratch.
Do I always scan a stand?
Only at listed shops. Mall dumps and location dumps have no stand. Be on site, open the app, and scratch.
Where does the cash go?
Straight into your Footrand wallet.
How do I get the cash?
Ask Footrand to send it from your wallet to your bank. That usually takes 1 to 3 working days.
