Delete in the app

If Footrand is still on your phone:

• Open Footrand and go to You.
• Open Delete account.
• Read what will be removed, then confirm.

Deletion starts as soon as you confirm. You do not need to email us first.

Delete by email

If you uninstalled the app, or cannot sign in, email support@footrand.co.za from the address on your Footrand account. Write “Delete my Footrand account” and include the email or phone number you used to sign up.

We will confirm it is you, then delete the account. We aim to finish this within 14 days.

What we delete

When your account is deleted we remove your name, contact details, login, app profile, saved bank details, and device tokens from active systems. You will not be able to sign in again with that account.

We may keep a limited record only where South African law says we must, for example payout, tax or fraud records. We keep those no longer than we have to, and we do not use them to market to you.

Cash in your wallet

If you still have cash in your Footrand wallet, withdraw it to your South African bank before you delete. Deleting forfeits any balance left in the wallet.
